  • Want to learn the basics before jumping into a main class?
  • Tried CrossFit before and had a bad experience?
  • White Cliffs CrossFit is now running ‘Fundamentals courses’. This is restricted to a maximum of 10 participants and will take up to 3 hours. Here you will learn the 9 foundational movements with our highly qualified and experienced coaches in a safe environment in a small group. You will also learn some CrossFit knowledge base to further understand why the methodology is so effective. If you prefer an even more personalised fundamentals course then a 1-1 is also available.
  • We understand that CrossFit, the environment and the intensity can be very intimidating but no one will push you more than is safe to do. Before you leave we will make sure you have proficiency and efficiency in the 9 movements and give you a plan on how to improve any issues you may have! If you’ve ever suffered with injuries, sat at a desk for years or any other medical issues, don’t let that put you off! That is our speciality! CrossFit is uniquely scalable and adaptable to absolutely anyone and our coaches have a combined 40 years of experience coaching in a multitude of different environments. Between us we hold 50 fitness industry qualifications (available upon request) up to level 4 and 5 and are, by far, the most qualified and experienced coaching team in the south east.   • The cost of the course is £45 but you will get that refunded if, at the end of the course, you sign up to a membership. The membership is a ‘no contract’ membership and can be cancelled at any time! At WCCF we want you to turn up and train to help you reach your goals so we work extra hard to get you the results you deserve!

  • Sports type clothing, preferably in layers so you can take off or add as needed.
